SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Every painting is carefully packed by hand and is packaged with proper protection, not just like a standard parcel. Here's everything you need to know about how your piece will reach you.
How your painting is packaged

Unframed works are shipped flat in rigid, protective packaging with reinforced corners, so nothing bends or creases in transit.

Framed pieces are individually wrapped, corner-protected, and boxed in a fitted outer box – glazing (where applicable) is taped to prevent shattering in the unlikely event of an impact.

Every parcel is fully tracked and insured for its full value, regardless of size.

Recycled and recyclable materials are used where possible and appropriate.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your piece and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery: 3 - 5 working days from dispatch
Express delivery: available at checkout for an additional fee – next-day delivery where possible
Pieces are typically dispatched within two working days of your order provided the piece does not require framing (if this is the case, you will be emailed with further information).
If you need a piece by a specific date (for a gift, for example), please get in touch before ordering and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
Insurance
Every painting is insured for its full value while in transit. In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and I'll either arrange a repair or replacement where possible or a refund.
International shipping
Currently my website is configured for UK sales only, however shipping outside the UK is available on request – please get in touch before ordering so I can confirm costs and delivery times for your location. (Please note that import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.)
Studio collection
Local to London? You're welcome to collect your piece directly from the studio by appointment – just select 'Studio Collection' at checkout and get in touch after ordering to arrange a time.
